Production Central brings your people, projects, and productions into one place. You don't have to do everything at once — add each piece whenever you need it, in whatever order suits you. Every card below links straight to where you'll do it.
The essentials
Create your profile
Set up your profile — add your name, photo, role, and contact details. This is how collaborators find and recognise you across the platform, so it's a good place to start.
Go to My Profile →Add your companies
If you own or run one or more companies, add them from your profile. Companies let you group work, invite team members, and appear in the resource directory. The number of companies you can add depends on your plan.
Manage companies →Build your network
Use My Network to add the clients, contacts, and collaborators you work with. Connect with people already on Production Central, or add contacts of your own. Your network is who you'll assign to projects and share work with later.
Open My Network →Create projects
A project is your top-level container for a body of work — a client engagement, a tour, a season. Create one, give it a venue and dates, and invite the people from your network who need access.
Go to Projects →Create productions
Productions are the individual shows, events, or shoots that live inside a project (or on their own). Add the details, the team, and the running order for each one.
Go to Productions →Add your calendars
Keep dates in one place. Your calendar pulls together project and production schedules, deadlines, and events so nothing slips. Add key dates as you plan.
Open Calendar →Track tasks
Break the work down into tasks, assign them to people in your network, set due dates, and track them to done. Tasks show up on your dashboard so you always know what needs attention.
Go to Tasks →Files, sheets & everything else
Store documents in your Drive, build spreadsheets and diagrams on projects and productions, message collaborators, and explore the rest of the toolset as your work grows. Everything ties back to your projects and productions.
Open your Drive →Manuals
One manual per part of the system. Each one walks through what the feature does, how to set it up, and the things that are easy to miss.
