Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities and content that are prohibited on the Production Central Service. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

You are responsible for the conduct of anyone who uses the Service through your account. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

1. Prohibited activities

You may not, and may not permit anyone to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Access or attempt to access another user's account or any non-public area of the Service without authorization.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading, flooding, or mounting denial-of-service attacks.
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the Service to build a competing product without authorization.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service except through documented, authorized APIs.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload, store, transmit, or share content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening.
• Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Sexually exploits or endangers minors.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination.
• Constitutes unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, or deceptive ("phishing") material.

3. Security and system integrity

You must not compromise the security or integrity of the Service or any network or system used to provide it, and must not use the Service to attack, infiltrate, or surveil others.

4. Fair use

Even on "unlimited" plans, usage must be reasonable and consistent with normal operation. We may apply technical limits to protect the Service and other customers.

5. Artificial intelligence features

Production Central does not currently offer AI features. If and when it does, you must not use them to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to infer sensitive characteristics about individuals, or in any way that violates this AUP or applicable law.

6. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access. Where feasible we will provide notice, but we may act immediately to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
