Last updated: June 15, 2026
Production Central is committed to conducting business ethically and lawfully. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and comply with applicable laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act 2010.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, contractors, and third parties acting on our behalf, wherever they are located.
2. What is prohibited
A bribe is offering, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a decision or gain a business advantage. The following are prohibited:
- Giving or accepting bribes or kickbacks, directly or through a third party.
- Making facilitation ("grease") payments to officials.
- Offering or accepting gifts or hospitality intended to improperly influence a decision.
- Making political or charitable contributions to obtain a business advantage.
3. Gifts and hospitality
Reasonable and proportionate gifts and hospitality given openly, in good faith, and not intended to influence a decision may be acceptable. When in doubt, seek guidance before offering or accepting anything of value.
4. Third parties and record-keeping
We conduct appropriate due diligence on third parties who act on our behalf and require them to comply with this policy. We keep accurate books and records; no undisclosed or unrecorded accounts are permitted.
5. Reporting and consequences
Report any suspected bribery or corruption to [email protected]. We will not penalize anyone for refusing to pay a bribe or for raising a concern in good faith. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination and may be reported to authorities.
