Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This statement sets out the steps Production Central takes to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chain. As a small, early-stage organization we are not currently required to publish a statement under the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 or the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018; we publish this voluntarily and will formalize it (including the relevant financial year) if and when those thresholds apply.
1. Our organization and supply chains
Production Central provides a cloud-based software platform for the live events, broadcast, and film industries. Our supply chain consists primarily of cloud-infrastructure providers, software vendors, and professional-services firms.
2. Our policies
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity. Our relevant policies include our Code of Conduct, our Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy, and our whistleblowing procedures.
3. Due diligence and risk assessment
We assess modern-slavery risk in our operations and supply chain and seek to work with reputable suppliers who share our standards. We consider modern-slavery risk when onboarding significant suppliers.
4. Training and effectiveness
We provide relevant personnel with guidance to help them recognize and respond to modern-slavery risks, and we review the effectiveness of our approach periodically.
5. Approval
This statement will be formally approved and signed by the appropriate governing body once our company entity is established.
