Production Central respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report material you believe infringes your copyright and our response process under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws.
1. Reporting infringement (takedown notice)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] that includes:

- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as a URL).
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
3. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
