Sub-processors

To deliver the Production Central Service, Production Central engages trusted third-party companies ("sub-processors") that may process Personal Data on our behalf. This page lists our current sub-processors and explains how we notify you of changes. It supports our Data Processing Addendum.

1. Current sub-processors

We engage the following sub-processors to provide the Service:

• Railway — application hosting, PostgreSQL database, and Redis cache. Processed in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands).
• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, CDN, and security at the global network edge, and R2 object storage for files you upload. R2 data is stored in the United States (Eastern North America).
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — transactional and account email delivery.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (Web Analytics) — privacy-first, cookieless site analytics; not collected from visitors in the EU.
• Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn — optional single sign-on, used only if you choose to sign in with one of these providers.

We do not currently process payments. When paid plans launch, a payment processor (such as Stripe and/or PayPal) will be added to this list.

2. Notice of changes

We will update this page and, where required, provide advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes Personal Data. To receive notifications, subscribe at [email protected].

3. Objecting to a new sub-processor

If you have a reasonable, data-protection-related objection to a new sub-processor, contact [email protected] within the notice period and we will work with you in good faith to address it.
